Rina Rosenqvist is a Norwegian/Venezuelan dance artist who investigates the seemingly mondane surface and the raw desires of the cultural context she enters. After finishing her BA in dance from the University of Stavanger, she has exhibit and performed in a variety of different forms from site-specific interactive performance (List i Ljosi Festival, Iceland), to scores for blackbox (The Norwegian Opera and Ballett), to public interventions concerning rave culture throughout modern history (LungA Festival). As a freelance dance artist she has performed and worked nationally and internationally with choreographers and artists such as Belinda Braza, Hanna Mjåvatn and Marina Abramovic.
